      With Industrial Marketing's Unlimited Marketing Plan, you can access unlimited graphic design services for your business and sales needs.

      We have made it easy to submit requests for graphic design work to our team! You can email your request to your Customer Success rep or use our handy order form to create a ticket to get your project started.

      Requesting Your Request to Your Customer Success Rep

      Simply email your request to your CS contact! Please see the list below about what you will need to provide to your Customer Success Rep so they can get your project going. Your Customer Success Rep is also happy to get on a call with you and our Project Manager to discuss your design project.

      Requesting Your Request as a Ticket

      Using your personalized graphic design request URL, simply fill out the form with the required details to get your order started. This URL can be found in your client portal or you can reach out to your Customer Success Rep for the link.

      What Do I Need to Provide for My Design Request?

      Project Name (Form: Task Name)

      What is the name of this project?

      Dimensions

      What are the dimensions of your project? Many projects have a standard size based on the application, for example, social media posts, sales sheets, and PowerPoint presentations. However, you might need a custom size for print ads based on the publication.

      Pre-Press

      Does your design need bleeds? Crop marks? If so, please mention this in your email or check the boxes on the form that you need either or both.

      What are Bleeds?

      Bleeds in printing are when the image goes past the edge of the paper. Adding an extra 0.125" to all sides allows the printer to print the design and trim it to size without a white border.

      What are Crop Marks?

      Crop Marks are the printer mark for trimming your final file. These files print on material larger than the final size and are trimmed down to the final size.

      Finished File Format

      Will you need a PDF? PNG? JPG? All of them? Let us know what file format you will need when the project is complete.

      PDFs are great for sales sheets and other printed collateral. PNGs are great for your website, especially if your design needs a transparent background. JPGs are also great for your website but don't support transparency.

      Please let us know as much about the project as you can. Provide an overview of what you'd like your designer to create. 

      Supporting Materials

      Include your logo file and any additional artwork you want to be included, such as a product or certification logo. Our designers can select stock images for your design if you don't have specific files to use. If you have a style guide, send that along too! You might also want to include brand specific fonts to use.

      Does your design need text? Send along a Google or Word Doc of the exact text you want to be included.

      When do you need the final file by? Please anticipate up to 10 business days, subject to timely review of proofs and approval.
