At Industrial Marketing we use top-quality WordPress plugins to build out a careers page that fits your brand. Working directly with your Strategy Coach and Director of Technology, we ensure you have all the sections of a career page that showcase your company and open positions.

Sections to Include on the Careers Page

While many of these are optional, building out a full careers page is a great promotional tool for your company to reach the best candidates.

Just let your Strategy Coach know what sections you want to include! You may write the content yourself or get a quote to have the page written for you by a professional writer. While content is being created, the Director of Technology will work with our developers to build out the Careers page and the individual job post page on your dev site for review. Once the content is provided, we can get the page live!

Sections to Include on the Individual Job Post Page

We encourage you to create an individual landing page for each job posting. This page should include:

  1. Job Title
  2. Full Description
  3. Job Category (we can work with you on how to categorize your posts for the filter)
  4. Job Location
  5. Any additional information you may want to include

We will create a template that includes the legal portion of your job posting on each page so you don't have to provide it for each listing and if you need to make any edits to that section it will automatically update across all the jobs you have posted.

Job Post Integration

If you use a third-party job posting site, we can integrate that into your Careers page! Just let us know.

Application Intake on the Website

If you would like to intake applications directly through your website, we can help you create a form with the information you want to gather, including the ability to upload a cover letter and resume and have it sent to anyone on your team.


Adding New Job Posts

Once your page is built out, we can start posting new jobs at any time. Simply send a support ticket to support@industrial.marketing with the following information:

  1. Job Title
  2. Full Description
  3. Job Category (we can work with you on how to categorize your posts for the filter)
  4. Job Location
  5. Any additional information you may want to include

Removing a Closed Position

Once a position is filled or no longer available, we can easily unpublish your post. This will keep the post hidden and if at any time you want to use it again we can simply re-publish it. Simply send a support ticket to support@industrial.marketing to start it back up and if you have any edits you can include them in the support ticket.
